Prepare the area by cleaning and drying the skin.
Measure the length of the tape needed.
Cut off the corners of the tape, rounding the edges.
Start applying the tape with an anchor (a section of the tape with no stretch). There should be anchors at both ends of the tape.
Stretch the tape depending on how much lift you desire. Do not stretch the tape too much, and never use maximum stretch.
After applying the tape, rub the tape gently for optimal adhesion.
Cut off the corners of the tape, rounding the edges. This will prevent the tape from peeling off prematurely.
